POSITION SUMMARY:
The Facilities Housekeeping team plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall functionality of our facilities. This role ensures that all spaces are pristine, professional, and welcoming, supporting an environment that meets the high standards expected by our high-profile clientele and creative professionals. In addition to upholding exceptional cleanliness standards, the role collaborates with the Facilities team to help maintain an organized and safe workplace, flagging potential issues and providing operational support as needed. 

MAIN DUTIES:
The Facilities Housekeeper will perform daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. They will clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors to maintain a streak-free, polished appearance. They will maintain the presentation of furniture and décor (e.g., fluffing pillows, aligning chairs and tables) to ensure a consistently immaculate environment. They will polish fixtures and appliances throughout the building, addressing water spots, coffee drips, smudges, and other blemishes. They will complete special cleaning requests, such as room turnovers between clients and preparing/re-setting Review Rooms before and after screenings, in coordination with the Facility Producer. They will also be responsible for the following: 
  • Deep clean kitchenettes, appliances, and other spaces as needed 
  • Monitor and restock janitorial supplies in designated areas (e.g., hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, sanitary products) 
  • Partner with the Facility Producer to ensure cleaning supplies and materials are always stocked and readily available 
  • Maintain clean and organized janitorial closets 
  • Update cleaning logs and document supply usage when items are taken from back stock 
  • Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE), while keeping work areas safe and hazard-free 
  • Regularly survey the facility and promptly report any safety hazards, damages, or concerns to the Facility Producer (e.g., broken glass, clogged toilets, leaks, unusual odors, loose cords, scratched surfaces, or minor pest issues) 
  • Respond immediately to spills or messes to maintain a safe environment for clients, employees, and guests 
  • Empty trash, recycling, and compost bins and dispose of waste properly 
  • Exercise discretion when working in areas containing confidential or sensitive business information 
  • Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned 

WHAT YOU BRING:
The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude and adaptability to the unique needs of a fast-paced, high-profile environment. They will take ownership of assigned responsibilities and holds self-accountable to meet company expectations. They must be able to work with minimal supervision, following a structured cleaning schedule while staying proactive and maintaining a professional appearance and respectful demeanor. Attention to detail and thoroughness, especially in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards is a must, with strong time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within assigned deadlines. Additional desired skills include:
  • Basic level English language, i.e. verbal and written, with ability to present information and respond to questions from staff
  • Physically agile with ability to stand, walk, twist and bend for many hours each workday of the week
  • Ability to perform repetitive motion (e.g., frequent reaching, pulling, pushing, grasping, etc.) for entire duration of work schedule
  • Can repetitively lift/carry items up to 50lbs
  • Able to climb up and down ladders up to 10 ft as needed
  • Proficient knowledge of cleaning agents, materials and equipment
  • Customer service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize easily and quickly
  • Maintain a positive, teamwork mentality and work cooperatively with others throughout the company
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Basic mathematical skills are a plus
  • Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with other employees and clients

The benefits for eligible part-time employees working 25 or more hours per week and full-time employees in the US include a comprehensive package of health, retirement, and insurance benefits and paid time off.
