Position: Shipper/Receiver
Location: Vancouver, BC (On-Site)
Hours of Operation: 6:00am – 2:00pm PT
*Pay Range: $19.00 CAD hourly
POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Vault/Shipping Supervisor, the Shipper/Receiver is responsible for the inventorying, maintenance and management of the Vault Department for a Post Production/VFX House as well as operation of the shipping and receiving department. Organized, professional and customer-service focused, this person is detail oriented and able to work efficiently within a team environment.
MAIN DUTIES:
The Shipper/Receiver will be responsible for all incoming and outgoing physical assets, utilizing tracking software to inventory and then allocate to the correct department/personnel within the facility. The assets are time-sensitive and confidential and must be handled accordingly. They will review and implement physical asset protocols for various Production cycles, and coordinates with the Dailies and Data IO department to organize the daily physical deliverables of local Productions and review for errors before passing to clients.
