Based in New York, the NExT Summer Intern – Color Production will provide assistance and support to their assigned Color Production teams, while gaining insight into core postproduction workflows, creative processes, and industry standards. - Working with Color Production on scheduling, bidding, session planning and delivery.
- Shadowing Color Production team to gain exposure on color pipeline and creative processes.
- Assisting with daily administrative tasks and special projects as needed
- Explore various career paths through interactive workshops and a guest speaker series.
- Engage in professional development to set career goals and build workplace skills.
As the ideal candidate, you will have demonstrable interests in postproduction and color grading.
You will also have:
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) with comfort interacting with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changes.

Internship Details:
- Internships are paid, full-time positions (maximum of 40 hours per week).
