Pay Range: $20 - $23 CAD hourly
POSITION SUMMARY:
Company 3 Vancouver provides Post Production services to some of the world’s top content creators and is known for its creative artistry, pioneering technology and global reach.
We are seeking a Post Production Coordinator who will work alongside our Producing team in a supporting capacity. The Post Production Coordinator we are looking for should have great inter-personal skills, be meticulous, always organized and work calmly and professionally especially during high pressure situations
MAIN DUTIES:
- Serve as a polished, client‑facing representative, ensuring expectations are clearly managed and consistently met.
- Act as a communication bridge between the Producing team, client production, and internal departments.
- Create and finalize daily operator billing to support timely and accurate invoicing.
- Greet and escort clients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
- Oversee evening virtual and in‑studio sessions, coordinating hospitality and ensuring sessions run smoothly.
- Communicate session updates and project details to clients and internal teams with clarity and accuracy.
- Organize internal and client meetings for each assigned project.
- Coordinate with scheduling and operations teams to secure facility resources and personnel.
- Reprioritize tasks throughout the day to accommodate shifting schedules and production needs.
- Assist Producers with project tracking for billing and workflow management.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the success of the team.
WHAT YOU BRING:
You bring a strong foundation in client‑facing Post Production environments and understand how to navigate the fast, detail‑heavy nature of creative workflows. You’re comfortable balancing multiple priorities, communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, and adapting quickly as project needs evolve. Your organizational skills, professionalism, and ability to stay composed under pressure make you a reliable partner for both clients and internal teams.
- Prior experience in a client‑facing Post Production role.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of Post Production workflows for both feature and episodic content—from dailies and offline editorial through final mastering and delivery.
- Familiarity with Post Production scheduling processes and deadline‑driven environments.
- Experience with Xytech MediaPulse or similar scheduling software is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and solid keyboarding skills.
- Experience with Slack or MS Teams is a plus.
- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of an organization, including executives.
- Availability to work afternoon/evening shifts and overtime (including weekends) as required.
- This position is eligible for overtime.
